If you do not have the insurance I accept or wish to decline using your insurance, my fee is $175 per session.  

In the case that I do not accept your insurance, you may request a Superbill. I will provide it for you to submit to your insurance. Your insurance will determine what percentage they will reimburse you. You may want to contact your insurance ask if they are willing to cover any or all of your payment for services, before scheduling.

I do offer a sliding scale for those needing financial assistance. If all of my sliding scale sessions are full, you may be on a waitlist for when one opens.
